Our technology provides a profitable way to upcycle organic waste and de-risk investments in organic waste collection & treatment infrastructure. For every ton of organic waste, you’ll generate 10x the revenue.
Meet the growing global demand for PHA and bring Full Cycle’s Technology to your market. By licensing our tech, you’ll gain access to our patented intellectual property and the ability to deploy it in a commercial capacity.
Accepts a wide array of mixed feedstocks including pre- and post-consumer inedible food waste, agricultural byproducts.
Co-locates at existing facilities, including food processing and waste treatment facilities, landfills, transfer stations, compost facilities, anaerobic digesters, cellulosic waste, forestry waste license full cycle tech, target audience pulp & paper and more
Requires no arable land, expensive crop cultivation, aseptic conditions, or genetically modified bacteria (thus requiring lower capital and operating expenses)
Deployable globally, regardless of climate
Adaptable producing a variety of custom material specifications and end-of-life applications.
Produces a higher value PHA product in comparison to traditional waste-to-value projects which generate electricity, fertilizer and/or soil amendment.
Costs become revenue streamsWe 10x the revenue generation potential per each ton of organic waste.
Co-location & rapid global deploymentOur tech can be co-located at existing infrastructures/facilities including food processing or waste treatment (e.g. landfill, transfer station, compost facility, etc.). Its robust, resilient platform can be deployed globally, regardless of climate.
Cost efficient processRequires no arable land, expensive crop cultivation, aseptic conditions, or genetically modified bacteria, translating to low CAPEX / OPEX.
Transform your waste streamsThe PHA process requires a steady stream of mixed organic waste feedstocks. We will purchase your waste and transform it into high-value PHA.
High-value product marketConvert your waste into PHA biopolymers that can be sold into existing and emerging, high-margin product markets.
Limits your environmental footprintEach ton of feedstock diverted from the landfill equates to CO2e and methane not being emitted.
What waste streams do you accept?
Full Cycle’s technology can process nearly any form of organic waste, including inedible food waste, cellulosics and dirty paper or woody biomass, agricultural by-products, waste water, and more. We work closely with waste providers to evaluate their waste’s potential to produce PHA via joint development projects.

Can you use oil as feedstock?
We can use oil, but it’s relatively expensive and it requires arable land. We create a lower emission solution and lower carbon intensive solution by using a mixed consortium of waste.
How does the Full Cycle process work?
Full Cycle scientists are also bacteria farmers — through a controlled process we ensure that our bacteria get fat and happy. We use this bacteria ‘fat’ as a replacement for traditional, oil-based plastics. Because our materials are made naturally, they break down at the end of their first useful life.
Does the copolymer vary based on the feedstock?
Part of the magic at the center of Full Cycle’s technology is our ability to create consistent products from inconsistent waste feedstocks. Therefore, we have the ability to vary the copolymer ratio based on the product application our partners are targeting.
What by-products does your process generate?
We strive to achieve the most sustainable, circular process possible. Any solid or liquid byproducts that we generate in our process are treated sustainably. Our goal is to close as many carbon loops as possible.
Does your process sequester carbon?
Yes. We temporarily sequester carbon that would otherwise off-gas as potent methane in compost rows, landfills and/or anaerobic digestion facilities. The carbon we capture is converted into intracellular PHA resin which is then used for products.
